Welcome to THE SINDHI FOOD FACTORY
Sindhi Flavours. Generational Craft. Delivered with Love.
Sindhi food is one of India's best kept secrets: bold, soulful, and unmistakably home. Rooted in a culture defined by resilience and warmth, its flavours have long existed in family kitchens, passed quietly from one generation to the next. Until now, finding truly authentic Sindhi food outside those homes meant either knowing the right people, or travelling to the right city. But now, we are here.
We are the World's 1st Sindhi food ecommerce destination; a platform built with pride, purpose, and a deep love for a cuisine that deserves its place on every table. Whether you grew up on these flavours or are discovering them for the first time, this is your door into a tradition that has been feeding hearts for over 75 years.
We didn't want to recreate Sindhi food. We wanted to preserve it; exactly as it was made by the hands that perfected it. We spent months searching; not for products, but for people. We found extraordinary families, each with decades old recipes and the kind of quiet mastery that only comes from doing one thing exceptionally well, for generations. These are 3rd+ generation Sindhi manufacturers, whose craft predates independence and whose standards have never once been compromised.

From the royal city of Udaipur, अर्क began in 1965 with a simple craft; making traditional sharbats the old fashioned way. The lanes of Udaipur used to filled with the fragrance of freshly made sharbat pleasing the residents and tourists. Over 3 generations and 6 decades, the family quietly expanded into crush concentrates and mocktails, growing their range without ever changing their approach. Small batches, quality ingredients, made carefully. Kings Dessert Mix | Since 1961
Kings was founded in Ulhasnagar by Late Shri Shewakram Chandwani; a Partition refugee who started by making and selling chips from home. Over six decades later, Kings remains a trusted name in traditional dessert ingredients from Kheer Mix and Falooda Mix to Jelly Crystals; now US FDA registered and exported worldwide. Today, the third generation of the Chandwani family carries forward the same values: quality ingredients, consistent quality, and food made with genuine care.
Shikarpuri Sweets | Since 1952
What began in the kitchens of pre partition Sindh is today a five generation legacy. Seth Jamnumal Ji Balwani was a sweets craftsman in Shikarpur before Partition brought him to Ahmedabad, where he rebuilt his craft from a small shop in Sardarnagar. His son Seth Pahlajrai Ji Balwani expanded the business, and his sons Seth Radhakrishna Ji Balwani and Seth Kanhaiyalal Ji Balwani took it further still. Today, the 5th generation carries forward recipes that most families have forgotten, keeping alive authentic Sindhi favourites like Singar Ji Mithai, Mesu, Saata and many more.
