SHIPPING POLICY: THE SINDHI FOOD FACTORY
1. Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch: Once your payment is confirmed, packages are dispatched within 2 working days.
- Standard Delivery: Products are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery pin code.
- Service Days: Our courier partners deliver from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
- Potential Delays: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or unexpected courier delays.
2. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
- Free Delivery: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above ₹999.
- Standard Charges: For orders below this threshold, shipping and handling fees apply to cover the expenses incurred to process, pack, and ship your order.
- Weight Based Fees: While handling fees are fixed, transport fees may vary based on the total weight of the shipment.
- Visibility: All applicable shipping charges and surcharges are calculated and displayed on your order confirmation page.
3. Tracking & Order Management
- Real time Tracking: Regardless of the shipping option, we provide a link to track your package online.
- Notification: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
- Order Grouping: We recommend grouping all items into a single order. We cannot combine separate orders once placed, and shipping fees will apply to each individual order.
4. Packaging & International Shipping
- Safety: We take special care to protect fragile items during packing. However, please note that packages are dispatched at the customer's own risk.
- Customs & Duties: For international shipments, shipping fees do not include any customs duties that may be charged by the destination country. These charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
